Your online privacy is very important to us and we will not sell or make available in any way the personal information you have supplied except where required to manage your entry into our events.
The services provided through the Sportive Kinross website means that we may obtain certain information about you. By registering to use the services, entering into our events or by using the Sportive Kinross website you agree to this use by us.

• We will only collect personal information which is required to manage your entry into our events. This information will be collected through a third party, Entry Central who will act as the Data Controller and payment portal.
• While we endeavour to ensure that the data stored is correct it is the individual’s responsibility to ensure that any changes such as email mail, phone number, address etc. is notified to the organisers as soon as possible.
• The data we hold in order to manage your entry into our event will only be retained by us for that specific event and post event communication via email. Any data we hold will be securely deleted prior to the following years event.
• You have the right to request that we delete any personal data that we hold for you. PLEASE NOTE though that deletion will mean that we are no longer able to manage your entry into our event and therefore by default you will be withdrawn from the event with no refund.
• A third-party organisation manages the electronic timing of our event . We are therefore required to provide a sub set of your personal data to them for the compilation of start lists and results. This information is strictly limited to your name, gender, age group, ride number and the route you have chosen.

While we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security implications of dealing online over the internet and will not hold Sportive Kinross responsible for any breach of security unless we have been negligent in the handling of your data.
